Octavia Findlay founded Also Available in Black after the success of her consultancy, Ashley Azella Ltd. As a leadership and management consultant, she specialises in diversity, public sector system redesign, and inclusivity. Inspired by her Caribbean heritage and the Black British experience, Octavia is dedicated to amplifying cultural richness, addressing systemic challenges, and driving meaningful change.
